Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

All of the products in our store ship for FREE! There are no shipping and handling charges, no packaging fees, and no other surcharges of any kind! All of our products ship through Federal Express or the United States Post Office. You can determine the carrier from the chart below or the relevant product page.

Artistic Trail Maps dispatches orders either through the USPS or FedEx. Posters, magnets, and note cards ship via USPS Priority. Plaques, beer steins, shot glasses, and ceramic mugs ship via FedEx Ground. All of our puzzles ship via USPS First Class Mail.

If you would prefer to have your order shipped through UPS, you must contact us before completing your order online. Please note that if we agree to ship with this carrier, your order may incur additional charges.

Packages are generally dispatched according to the following guidelines after receipt of payment:

Please note that the total time it will take to receive your order can be determined by completing the following equation: Turn Around Time + Ship Time = Total Time (it will take to receive your order upon successful payment).

For example, if you order a poster on Monday in the early afternoon, you can expect that product to ship that same day and arrive between Wednesday and Friday.

Also note that all shipping times are approximations as dictated by Federal Express and the United States Post Office. Your arrival date may vary according to your location.

Protection

All posters are shipped in a protective mailing tube with insurance. If you order more than one poster, we will group the order together, but we will place each additional poster in a separate mailing tube. These mailing tubes will arrive bundled together and we offer this service at no additional charge.

All of our other products ship in padded and protective packaging with insurance. There are also no additional shipping and handling fees. As we have stated earlier: shipping is free!

Artistic Trail Maps takes great pains to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. However, sometimes a package may get lost in the mail, get delivered to the wrong address, or get damaged during transit. If any of the previous should occur, please contact us immediately, so that we may deal with it immediately. It is for these reasons that we dispatch all orders with insurance. If your package arrives damaged, please inform the postmaster immediately and then contact us. We will be more than happy to ship you an identical order free of charge.

Delivery

Artistic Trail Maps uses the United States Postal Service and Federal Express as our preferred shipping partners. We will ship our products to any location within the United States with a valid physical address or post office box that is reachable by either of these carriers.

At this time, we can only ship within United States and our check out area reflects this restriction. However, we may ship to Canada and other foreign countries if you contact us before completing your order online. Please note that additional fees may be incurred for this service.
